"The Service Firm Growth Blueprint"
Jenny takes her audience through the key drivers of growth in a service firm - the Deal Makers or Breakers if you plan on selling your business or attracting investors - and touches on multiples as the method to value your business, and what would make your business attractive to potential investors or purchasers.

“Turning Strategies Into Profits – How to Build Value & Wealth In To Your Business”
This talk is based on the countless discussions Jenny has had with clients who have suddenly ‘switched on’ to how to make their business really work for them, now and in the future.

“From Boardroom to BOSSMENTOR® – What I’ve Learned Along the Way”
For anyone who has made the sea-change, or is thinking of leaving the corporate world to run their own business, this talk is well worth listening to. It’s honest, amusing, insightful and provides glimpses into running a public company after the founders have listed.

Testimonials

“Thanks Jenny for this morning, I found it most enjoyable. I left wanting more!”

“Dear Jenny,
Just a quick note to say thank you for speaking at our Rotary meeting last night. What you said, how you said it and especially the message that went with it was of great interest to many who are starting their careers at management level.”

“Thank you Jenny for being such a great guest speaker!”

“Dear Jenny
I really enjoyed hearing of your past experiences - travelling, working in so many different places and with such a variety of colleagues - surviving the 80's and 90's and the associated ups and downs. It was a real eye opener and it was impressive to see you speak in such glowing terms.

A couple of my colleagues who were there mentioned how much they had enjoyed the evening and liked the way you ended with the survival 'dot points' - we all felt we could do with those survival tips!! Might you be able to send a summary of the 'dot points' to help us in our work and life generally?

I must say I was extremely pleased with the evening - there was a warmth in the room and I think that was all thanks to you and your presentation. It was good to have so many questions and in particular from the younger ones - your advice to them I thought was fantastic.”
