The Process: We developed a strategic plan with clear goals for all areas of the business – financial, operational, client management, sales and people. We then worked with this client on an ongoing basis as they implemented and tracked the strategies and activities we had developed.

The Process: We provided one-on-one mentoring with the Director of the firm, and through this process set clear strategies for lead generation, best-fit marketing activities, and closing new potential business.
