BOSSMENTOR® Team Purpose
The most effective training occurs over time, as a process. The purpose of this Program is to raise the management capabilities and leadership skills of your team. They will be able to more effectively and confidently support you, and contribute to the overall goals and outcomes for your business.

The BOSSMENTOR® Team Program is a unique process we have developed,  based on individual and team assessment, peer support and collaboration, and a menu of workshop sessions from which to choose.  These cover leadership and communication, as well as general management sessions to build skills and expertise in different business functions.

By building on the learning experience with a series of programs, it enables participants to practice, get feedback on their new skills and knowledge, and ultimately adopt new behaviours.

This program typically runs for 12 months, to enable the participants to implement, practice and review what they learn, for the most effective and sustainable outcomes.

Who are the BOSSMENTOR® Team Programs Designed For?

The ‘team’ may be the whole company, a business unit or division, a project group, a functional unit such as sales or marketing, or a horizontal group such as a tier of management.

Any ‘team’ that needs to raise the bar in terms of their skills and capabilities is ideal for this Program.

Program Fees
The standard fee per person, per month for the BOSSMENTOR® Team Program is $595 plus GST. Program fees are invoiced 3 months in advance.

Depending on team size and professional development requirements, there will also be an initial establishment fee to assess and structure the best program combination.

Customised programs and individual team member reporting is an option. The same monthly fee per participant will apply, but establishment and quarterly or 6-monthly assessments will be an additional fee. Again, that depends on the size of the team and specific requirements.
