The BOSSMENTOR® Mastermind Program represents the next level of development for established businesses. It has a less structured and broader scope than Accelerate, and enables members to ‘mastermind’ challenging business management and growth issues with each other.

The greatest demands at this stage of your business life cycle are more likely to be about people management, having the right team and systems in place, sound financial management and cashflow, and planning for the future.

It’s getting these things right that will impact on your time and your success. The focus of the program will ultimately to give you an outcome where you have more time to work strategically on your business, and more time to enjoy your life.

How does the BOSSMENTOR® Mastermind Program work?

  • Once a month for a full morning you will meet with fellow entrepreneurs, from 9.00am-12.00midday.
  • The key focus will be on Management Systems, People Management, and Strategy.
  • Each month will focus on different aspects of your business, as well as your 90 day plans:
    • Organisational review and assessment
    • Selecting the right people
    • Good communication and delegation
    • Strategic planning and setting directions
    • Building your own management skills
    • Developing the skills of your team
    • Mergers and acquisitions
    • Building brand equity
    • Developing your IP
    • Business models & restructuring
    • Succession planning
    • Growth in international markets
    • And much more…
  • In these sessions you will be given new concepts and tools to work with, and spend time applying these to your own business
  • We bring in our own team of specialists to work with the group on issues which are of relevance to your current and future plans
  • You will be reviewing your progress each month with your peers, and setting goals and plans for the next month
  • Each month you will be energised by the group, hearing other members sharing progress, results, challenges, ideas, and the occasional hurdles.
  • Members build strong relationships with each other which lead to good friendships, strong camaraderie, and mutual business opportunities and support.
  • This program provides a rare opportunity to spend time being strategic about what you are doing with one of your greatest assets – your business.
  • We will provide you with lunch, as well as drinks and snacks to keep you going throughout the day. Undercover all day parking is right next door.

Do I qualify?

You will qualify to enter this program if you are:

  • A high achiever
  • Committed to challenging yourself to new levels of business performance
  • The CEO, Director or Partner of an established business turning over a minimum of $2M per annum
  • Prepared to commit to a 12-month initial program
  • Open to new ideas and concepts
  • Willing to work with and share with your peer group
  • A graduate of the BOSSMENTOR® Accelerate Program (not necessary if you meet above requirements) 

How do I join the BOSSMENTOR® Mastermind program?

You need to have a strong level of commitment if you want to see results. We would like to discuss your business growth needs with you first, to make sure that you really are ready to take this step.

The monthly fee is $1200 if paid quarterly in advance, $1050 per month for payment 6-months in advance, or $950 per month for payments made 12-months in advance. The $750 joining fee (not required for existing clients and members) is to secure your place in the program, and covers the individual assessment of your goals and aspirational growth levels which will set the framework for your personal program.  Fees exclude GST.
