The success of the Individual Strategic Mentoring Program is based on your desire as an entrepreneur to build your business, your skills and your opportunities, as well as your commitment to be held accountable for your decisions.

Individual Strategic Mentoring (ISM) is our Premium program. It has been developed specifically to cater to each individual’s requirements, providing enormous value through the specialised focus and support which individual mentoring provides.

Key Focus Areas
We will work with you on these critical areas, which form the foundation of growth and ongoing management strategies for your business:

• The Strategic Discovery Process – as soon you start the ISM Program, we will use this process to identify both business and personal drivers, to understand what sort of ‘bigger future’ you ultimately want to create

• New Business Development & Marketing processes - to keep filling the ‘opportunity pipeline’

• Client Growth strategies to grow the value of your existing client base

• Organisation Structure & Team – we make sure you build a sustainable business structure, and team, with or without you in it.

• Business Processes – sound processes & procedures in all areas of your business will increase operational efficiency, as well as add to the ultimate value of your business

• Opportunity Analysis – we will work through this with you to identify key business opportunities, and strategic priorities for growth

• Strategic Roadmap – this is a working document that clearly articulates your business growth strategy, and each of the steps to take toward your goals.

We set the strategic framework with you as the initial part of the program, establish goals and priorities which are relevant to you, give you the tools to move forward, and work with you on an ongoing basis to support, track and encourage your progress.

Program Format
• Meet every month. The duration and frequency of these sessions is up to the individual client. Some people like fortnightly meetings of 2-3 hours each; others prefer a half day session and a shorter catch up session each month; some clients like to have more of a ‘workshop’ type of session over a full day each month; and others prefer more frequent but briefer sessions.

• Advice via email or telephone between sessions is included as required

• The Key Focus Areas listed above will be a core part of the sessions

• Business tools will be provided to you as an integral part of the Program

• ISM clients will receive invitations to appropriate Boss Management Group events and some external events, and have the opportunity to meet with other of our clients and business associates

Your Commitment
Your passion and your determination will produce results. We can help, but we can’t do the work for you. You will need to make a commitment to be prepared for the one-on-one sessions, and discuss your progress and your business challenges frankly.

Individual Mentoring Program Fees
The Program fee is $2100 per month for one Director/Partner, and $2500 per month when there will be more than one Director/Partner participating in the ISM sessions. This is invoiced quarterly, plus GST, and must be paid prior to the start of the quarter’s sessions taking place.
