Audience with Experts…

This is not an ordinary program, which is why we have included extremely experienced, highly credentialed and extraordinary experts – gurus in their field.

These experts excel in subject matter including strategy, exponential business growth, branding and marketing, leadership, innovation and wealth creation.

The experts you will meet with, ‘up close and personal’ for a private audience, in the Bigger Future Program are all first-class professionals in their fields and will offer a wealth of experience and expertise to your group.

In order to provide different perspectives than you would normally be used to, we have arranged for both national and international high profile experts to come in for this program.  

Their messages are powerful and memorable.

The people we have arranged typically charge between $10,000-$50,000 per engagement.  We have chosen the best that will add the most value to your bigger future.

Exact speaker dates and sessions will be determined by their schedules & availability.

The Venue & Format for Monthly Sessions

Most sessions will be held at the Park Hyatt in East Melbourne. We have chosen this venue because we believe it offers first-rate service and facilities.

We will be using The Library, a spacious and comfortable room to encourage breakthrough thinking and break-out discussions.

Parking

Included in your membership is hotel parking. Each month, just drive up to the hotel entrance and park in the underground car park.

Arrival & Start

Each session will begin at 8.30am sharp. If you would like to arrive early and get organized in a relaxed way, coffee and tea will be waiting for you from 8.00am.

Duration

Each session runs from 8.30 - 11.30am. This should allow you to do what you have to do beforehand (like drop kids at school early, go to the gym, etc) and still leave while you have a good half day or more of productive time, to do what you need to do.

Session Formats

Each month the session will be one or the other of the following formats:

Audience with an Expert

The speakers will commence at 8.30am. and depending on the speaker and the content, they will be with us for one and a half to three hours. These sessions are to hone your skills and expertise in the areas of business and wealth creation.

Personal Power

These are practical, facilitated coaching sessions. The focus will be to create breakthroughs in your mindset to overcome limited thinking, as this is critical in achieving your dreams. Again, depending on the facilitator and the specific content, these will vary between one and a half and three hours and are designed to engage, excite, motivate and inspire you!

Dreamwork

These sessions will be dedicated to working on the ultimate vision you have for your bigger future, in small groups, following a structured approach. You will be given strategies to help you move toward your dream future, and closer to the luxury reward that awaits one member of the group (and their partner)…

Personal Power & Mindset Coaching

In order to think big, stay focused, smash through limiting beliefs that hold you back, and move toward achieving a life that means something to you, being able to master your own thoughts is key.

That’s why coaching for personal power is a core part of the Bigger Future Program.

We have recruited a team of very experienced coaches and consultants who are fully accredited NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioners, and specialise in working with executives, entrepreneurs and teams.

During the Personal Power sessions you will learn skills, strategies and techniques around:

• your role as a leader – in business, in life
• building confidence and power in your personal communication
• how to break through limiting beliefs
• building better relationships
• learning how to negotiate more effectively
• developing a more resourceful and powerful mindset

These sessions will alternate with the business-specific content delivered by our guest experts.

If you would value one-on-one coaching in between sessions, that is an option available to all members.

Dreamwork

We will have 2-3 sessions throughout the year to work in small groups on your dreams for a bigger future, including the work you will be doing at the Strategic Retreat.

Dreamwork will result in:

• individual storyboards
• group collaboration, encouragement and constructive input
• possibility thinking
• strategic visioning
• creating very strong visuals of what you want to create
• strategies to move toward your bigger future
• goalposts and milestone setting

Whatever it is that you want to create for your bigger future, it will be a mix of strategies for your business, for a particular project, maybe for your family, for you personally, your motivation and ongoing commitment, and ultimate accountability.

Members’ Private Annual Strategic Retreat

Do you find that the best ideas often come to you when your mind is free to be open to new opportunities and possibilities?

The only way to clear your thinking is to give you a fresh perspective – physically and mentally.

You will have your own private strategic retreat at this beautiful 5-star resort – the Sheraton Mirage at Main Beach on the Gold Coast.

The strategic retreat will start after everyone has gathered after arrival and check-in, for a welcome poolside lawn barbeque and drinks. If you choose to arrive earlier in the afternoon and take advantage of a swim, a game of golf or tennis, or some personal pampering, all the facilities are there for you.

The next two days you will be working on your bigger future strategies, with experienced facilitators to help you through the process. By the end of the two days, you will leave with your own personal action plan.

At the end of the second full day you may elect to fly home or stay on for that extra game of golf, swim, massage…

All accommodation, meals, and conference facilities are included. Strategic retreat dates will be reviewed and agreed with your group.
