JennyBOSS Management Group provides strategic advice and support to help business owners get very clear on strategy and the right structure for growth.

We can help you develop the right strategy and structure for your business growth via consulting services, strategic retreats, and group-based and individual business growth programs. If and when required by our clients, we can provide support in specialised areas through our strategic relationships with a small group of long-established business partners.

Our clients come from a broad range of industries, including consulting, architecture, brand design, cosmetics, coaching, training, professional services and other service-based businesses. We tailor our approach based on how you prefer to work with us, as well as what your specific business challenges are at the time.

Our staff and business partners have all had senior executive experience in the corporate world, as well as experience in running their own businesses, which makes this team well qualified to provide executive management support and advice to other business owners. We understand the challenges of running your own business, and we have the experience and the skills to apply effective solutions to help you grow.

Jenny Stilwell is the Managing Director of BOSS Management Group.  In the last 6 years she has helped many clients to significantly grow their businesses, and build more successful companies.

 

Prior to establishing BMG, Jenny was Chief Executive of a publicly listed company (one of only a handful of women heading up listed companies in Australia at the time). Previous positions included general management within both large and medium sized organisations, as well as establishing a marketing practice in the mid 1990s with a diverse client base of small, mid-sized and corporate clients from a wide range of industries.

 

She was Chair of Marketing Women from 2002-2004, and has also mentored several women in careers and in business as a way of 'giving back' to the business community and to career women in particular.  She was a finalist in the 2002 Telstra Business Women’s Awards in the Business Owner Category, not long after establishing BOSS Management Group.

 

Jenny has a Bachelor of Commerce with a Commercial Law major, and a Bachelor of Arts with majors in French and German, both from the University of Melbourne. She is also a Certified NLP Practitioner.

 

Jenny’s unusual combination of corporate credentials at a senior executive and CEO level, combined with her experience in setting up and growing two consultancy practices of her own, make her extremely well qualified to advise business owners in managing and growing their organisations into more valuable entities.
